• Servicing the city of Sparta as well as the Villages of Bangor, Melvina, Rockland and Norwalk. These municipalities are within the rural townships of Adrian, Angelo, Bangor, Burns, LaFayette, Leon, Little Falls, New Lyme, Sparta and Wells
   

• Backup services to the US Army at Fort McCoy
   

• Advanced Life Support intercept and mutual aid for Black River Falls, Fort McCoy, Tri State Ambulance (La Crosse & Viroqua), and Wilton Area Ambulance
   

• Critical Care, Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support Emergency and Non-Emergency inter-facility transport services
   

• Special Event coverage: area parade participation with EMS team coverage, sporting events, and tactical law enforcement operations
